Partners Ric Henschel and Kevin Littman contributed an article to Science Business, “,” on June 23, 2016. The article discussed the decision earlier this month in the Supreme Court case of Halo v. Pulse, which will give owners of U.S. patents a greater likelihood of being awarded enhanced damages. Henschel and Littman said this will raise the value of patents – and increase the incentive to sue for infringement.
