�鶹��ý helped NantKwest, Inc. (formerly known as Conkwest, Inc.) make history last week with an initial public offering (IPO) valuing the company at $2.6 billion, the highest ever IPO for a biotech company with no approved drugs.

�鶹��ý served as intellectual property counsel on the transaction and played a critical role in helping NantKwest develop a strong IP strategy and portfolio. �鶹��ý prepared more than 30 patent applications in advance of the client’s successful acquisition and IPO.
