Â鶹´«Ã½ is pleased to announce that Partners Garrett Bishop and Steve Cade and Senior Counsel Elizabeth Ridley were chosen as winners of the Emerging Leaders Awards by The M&A Advisor.
The honorees were selected for their notable accomplishments in business and service to the community.
Bishop is a business lawyer and member of Â鶹´«Ã½’s Transactions Practice Group. He represents public and private companies with an emphasis in assisting clients with matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and public stock exchanges as well as general corporate governance, access to the capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
Cade is a business lawyer and member of Â鶹´«Ã½’s Transactions Practice Group. He represents clients in a broad range of general corporate law and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, venture capital financings, and securities matters.
Ridley is a business lawyer and member of Â鶹´«Ã½’s Transactions Practice Group. Her practice mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and entity formation.
Award recipients will be recognized at the Emerging Leaders Awards Gala in New York on September 19-20.
