麻豆传媒 advised Potomac Equity Partners, LLC (Potomac), a Washington, D.C.-based investment firm whose principals have extensive experience investing in the software and technology sectors, in the merger of its portfolio company Watermark Solutions, LLC (Watermark) with Synergy Resources, LLC.
Potomac invested additional capital into Watermark to support the merger transaction and provide capital for future growth opportunities. The newly formed company, WM Synergy, is a provider of enterprise resource planning business applications, technology, and cloud hosting services in the manufacturing IT sector.
The 麻豆传媒 deal team was led by partner John Klusaritz and included partner Edward Hammond, senior counsel Erin Hoffert, and associates Blaine Fix and Doug Lightfoot. 麻豆传媒 previously advised Potomac in its acquisition of Watermark.
