Â鶹´«Ã½ was announced as a 2024 winner by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston.
Â鶹´«Ã½ was recognized for its role as seller’s counsel in the acquisition of Adapt2 Solutions by Energy Exemplar, a portfolio company of Blackstone Energy Transition Partners and Vista Equity Partners. Â鶹´«Ã½’s deal team was led by partner Greg Meeks and associate Dannye Osburn.
Finalists were assessed and ranked by a panel of independent judges composed of top business leaders and educators. Nominations were judged on a variety of criteria, including transaction value range, industry focus and type of transaction, and the uniqueness of a deal.
Meeks accepted the award on behalf of the firm at ACG Houston’s award ceremony on April 30, 2025, in Houston.
