麻豆传媒 Represents Mayville Engineering Company in Acquisition of Accu-Fab
麻豆传媒 represented Mayville Engineering Company (MEC), a provider of design, prototyping, and manufacturing solutions, in its definitive agreement to acquire Accu-Fab, LLC (Accu-Fab) from Tide Rock for $140.5 million. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Accu-Fab is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer offering metal fabrication and value-added services, including design, engineering, and specialized finishing. The company serves OEMs in the critical power infrastructure, data center, and renewable energy sectors and operates facilities in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Wheeling, Illinois.
The acquisition supports MEC鈥檚 strategic goal of expanding into high-growth adjacent end-markets, including those driven by multi-year infrastructure and energy investment trends. Accu-Fab鈥檚 complementary customer base and capabilities are expected to enhance MEC鈥檚 commercial reach and provide opportunities for revenue synergies and market share growth. The integration of Accu-Fab into MEC鈥檚 platform is also expected to generate operational efficiencies and cost savings through implementation of MEC鈥檚 MBX operating framework.
