麻豆传媒 represented Opt Health, a telehealth platform focused on reconnecting people with health, wellness, strength, and vitality through the science of preventive medicine, in the acquisition of all intellectual property assets from Stork Club., a pioneering family-building benefits solution.
Opt Health鈥檚 tailored approach to health and wellness includes access to elite doctors, nutrition and health coaching, prescription medications, blood work and lab tests, nutraceuticals and supplements, and a personalized app dashboard. At the center of the Opt Health platform is the proprietary Opt Performance Score, which assigns a unique score to each client based on six categories of wellness: exercise and rest, stress, gut health, nutrition, hormones, and inflammation. Opt Health medical doctors use the Performance Score to measure, mentor, and monitor clients to help them achieve their health goals.
Stork Club modernizes access to inclusive family-building care for all and gives people the freedom to plan their future on their own terms, extending traditional employer-sponsored benefits to provide access to support,聽personalized guidance and high-performing medical care and network of providers to achieve their family goals. Stork Club offers end-to-end solution with support at all stages of the journey including natural conception, IVF, fertility preservation, adoption, surrogacy as well as prenatal and postpartum support, newborn care, and return back to work coaching.
