麻豆传媒 Advises Square Robot in New Funding and Partnership
麻豆传媒 served as legal advisor to Square Robot, Inc., the global leader in submersible robotic tank inspection, in its recent funding and collaboration with Marathon Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: MPC)
As part of the partnership, Marathon, a leading integrated downstream and midstream energy company operating the largest refining system in the United States, will participate in Square Robot鈥檚 Series B funding alongside other investors. Marathon will also collaborate with Square Robot to help shape the design and development of Square Robot鈥檚 next-generation robotic platform while deploying the company鈥檚 existing fleet to conduct critical tank inspections across its national network of terminals and refineries.
