�鶹��ý announced today that Heather Miles has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Transactions Practice Group. Miles’ arrival enhances the firm’s capabilities across the Innovative Technology, Manufacturing, and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors and supports the continued growth of �鶹��ý’s national corporate platform.

Miles, who joins �鶹��ý from Goodwin Procter, advises both companies and investors on the legal and strategic issues that shape high-growth businesses. Her practice spans technology and innovation-driven industries, including manufacturing, industrials, health care, energy, and infrastructure.

Miles advises companies at all stages of development on a range of legal matters. She has experience representing venture capital funds, private equity firms, family offices, and other institutional investors across a wide variety of transactions. Her practice also includes advising on fund formation, structuring, and operations.
