Hailey Adler is an associate in the Business Law Practice and Health Care & Life Sciences Groups at Âé¶¹´«Ã½. Her practice focuses on health care transactions, corporate governance, and health care regulatory and compliance matters. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions within the health care industry, guiding them through complex deal structures and regulatory considerations. She also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and assists with ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state health care laws and regulations.
Hailey earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she received a Health Law and Policy Certificate and served as President of the Health Law Society. She also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University. Prior to joining the firm, Hailey monitored legal and regulatory developments at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General. She also worked at COTA, Inc., where she focused on HIPAA and FDA compliance and conducted research on health data and genetic information regulations. In addition, she helped draft a casebook on compliance law.
