Jacqueline Beveridge is a member of 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Antitrust & Competition practice group.聽 Her practice spans supporting mergers and acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and civil litigation.聽 She assists clients in evaluating and reporting transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, defending clients in 鈥淪econd Request鈥 investigations, and representing third parties in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ).
In addition, Jacqueline advises clients navigating government enforcement actions and internal investigations involving economic sanctions (OFAC), arms controls (ITAR), and dual-use exports (EAR). She has counseled clients on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and assisted in investigations involving espionage and terrorism.
Before joining 麻豆传媒, Jacqueline interned at the Human Trafficking Unit of the Office of the District Attorney in Nashville, Tennessee, and worked as a summer judicial intern for Justice Thomas Zugibe in the Supreme Court of Rockland County, New York.
