Associate

Jackson 鈥淛ax鈥 England is an Associate in 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Business Law Department and a member of the firm鈥檚 Transactions Practice Group. He brings a strong foundation in corporate law, transactional work, and entrepreneurial legal support. As a summer associate at 麻豆传媒, Jax supported mergers and acquisitions by drafting key documents such as stock powers, officer certificates, and board resolutions. He also conducted legal research and statutory analysis.

Jax served as Associate Editor of the Law Review and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association at Penn State Dickinson Law. There, he also co-founded the Data Privacy, Information Security, and Cyber Law Society. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, where he was a Dean鈥檚 List honoree and captain of the varsity swim and dive team.
