Sarah R. Field
Senior Counsel
Sarah Field is a senior counsel with Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. She advises clients across a range of corporate matters, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, corporate governance, joint ventures, and commercial contracting.
Sarah regularly represents founders, investors, and operating companies in strategic transactions throughout the business lifecycle. Her experience includes advising emerging companies and established businesses on acquisitions and divestitures, equity financings, governance matters, and complex commercial arrangements. She also serves as a trusted counselor to clients on day-to-day corporate matters and other strategic initiatives.
Before joining Âé¶¹´«Ã½, Sarah served as a summer associate with the firm. She also interned with the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, Health Division, and with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in the chambers of Judge Richard J. Leon. Earlier in her career, Sarah worked for a member of the United States Senate as a legislative correspondent covering healthcare policy and as an assistant to the chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. She played Division I varsity field hockey at Princeton University.
