Amber Kolb is an associate and business lawyer with �鶹��ý, where she is a member of the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group and Energy & Infrastructure Sector. Amber supports sponsor, lender, and investor clients in renewable energy transactions, focusing on equity and debt financings. Her experience includes construction and term loan financings, sale-leasebacks, project acquisition matters, and tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions. Amber began her career with �鶹��ý as a summer associate in the Transactions Practice Group.

Prior to joining �鶹��ý, Amber worked as a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office with the Defensive Litigation Unit and the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit. She also served as a Legal and Compliance Intern for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Cambridge, MA.
