Zach is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including health care, consulting, hospitality, logistics, private equity, and insurance, in complex commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate levels.

Zach has developed a broad and deep litigation practice, having taken cases to trial in state and federal courts throughout the country as well as in confidential arbitration proceedings. He counsels clients through all aspects of litigation, from pre-dispute investigations and early case assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeals, and is trusted by his clients to deliver results at every stage. He has significant experience in injunctive relief matters, having both obtained and defeated temporary restraining orders and other injunctive relief on behalf of his clients.

Zach is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Sector and its Pharmaceutical Team, where he advises clients in the health care industry on litigation strategy, regulatory disputes, and related commercial matters. He brings a client-focused approach to his work, combining rigorous legal analysis with practical business judgment to deliver efficient and effective results.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach earned his J.D. from Duke Law School, where he wrote on the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
