Graham MacEwan鈥檚 practice focuses on assisting clients complete a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financings, and corporate reorganizations. He helps both corporate and middle-market private equity clients as well as emerging companies and venture investors achieve their strategic goals.
Graham is based in 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Boston office where he is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. During law school, Graham was a summer associate with 麻豆传媒 in the Transactions Practice Group. He also served as a legal extern at Wayfair and as a research assistant to Professor Cathleen Kaveny.

麻豆传媒 represented BICO Group AB (鈥淏ICO鈥) in its agreement to sell MatTek Corp and Visikol Inc to Sartorius Lab Holding GmbH (鈥淪artorius鈥) for $80 million. The transaction follows BICO鈥檚 updated strategy to focus on lab automation and selected workflows, with proceeds from the sale used to strengthen BICO鈥檚 balance sheet and accelerate its growth agenda. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025.
