Sarah McGrath is an associate in 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Business Law Department and a member of the Transactions Practice Group. She supports clients in a variety of corporate matters, including startup formation, mergers and acquisitions, and nonprofit structuring. During her time as a summer associate at the firm, Sarah drafted formation documents, conducted due diligence for complex M&A deals, and formed a 501(c)(3) organization as part of a pro bono initiative.

Sarah brings a strong foundation in community development finance, having interned with an international law firm, where she gained experience drafting deal documents and conducting legal research for tax credit finance transactions. Her experience also includes wage and hour law, immigration law, and volunteer tax preparation for low-income residents of Boston.
