Lydia Stambaugh is an associate in the Business Law Department at Â鶹´«Ã½. She is based in the firm’s Tampa office and is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. Lydia’s practice covers general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.
Lydia began her career at Â鶹´«Ã½ as a summer associate where she gained experience drafting disclosure schedules, employment agreements, as well as ancillary closing documents. She also performed legal research on securities law issues relating to initial public offerings and emerging growth companies.
