Stephen J. Szabo III is a partner and real estate business lawyer with Â鶹´«Ã½. He focuses his practice on the areas of commercial real estate; golf course, marina, recreation, and resort development law; leasing and finance; commercial lending; and state taxation. Steve is counsel to large residential developers of both high-end condominium projects and planned unit developments as well as assisted living communities. He also works for owners/developers of apartment complexes and shopping centers and has extensive experience representing lenders on multi-state loan transactions. Steve is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, its Hospitality & Leisure Practice and the Health Care & Life Sciences Sector.
