Associate

Sarah Waste is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Intellectual Property Department, and Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy practice group.

Sarah focuses her practice on advising life science and technology companies on a variety of matters including, the licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets and intellectual property due diligence for M&A transactions and venture capital financings. Prior to joining Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Sarah worked at international law firms in Southern California where she advised life science and technology companies on similar technology transaction matters and advised medical device companies on patent strategy, patentability, and patent infringement.
