Racial Injustice & Inequity Litigation
Â鶹´«Ã½ attorneys represent the victims of racial injustice and inequity in all stages of litigation. Â鶹´«Ã½ attorneys provide plaintiff-side assistance to initiate claims against racially-motivated wrongdoers. They also defend minority defendants that are wrongfully accused of crimes involving racial animus. Â鶹´«Ã½ attorneys also represent economically-disadvantaged minorities that are susceptible to various other legal issues, such as landlord-tenant eviction proceedings and the protection of prisoners’ First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
