HMP&L operates a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) across the City of Henderson and much of Henderson County. This WLAN delivers broadband internet services from our wireless base sites distributed throughout Henderson to your home. An RF modem is installed in your home to receive the signal and provide the connection to your network card installed in your PC. A customer supplied wireless router can be used to distribute the network to other wireless computers in your home or business.
